I think Donnelly had the unpleasant task of wrapping it up, although
he has some responsibility for some public statements that weren't exactly "truthful", no matter how 'forward looking' they were.
Kaplan on the other hand was a shill,and no matter how you look
at it, a total failure in his role,
as CEO..should have stuck to selling
carpets.
